Due to the custom nature of academic work, all payments are final once work has begun. However, we may consider refund requests under specific circumstances:
You submitted the wrong assignment details and notified us immediately before work started
You're experiencing a quality issue that we're unable to resolve through revisions
The delivered work is significantly different from your provided requirements or rubric
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Refund Based on Project Status
For assignment services, refunds are issued based on work progress:
Before work begins: 100% refund available
After work begins but before first draft: 50% refund may be granted
After first draft delivery: No refunds, only revisions available
After final delivery and acceptance: No refunds available
